Donna Ortiz has been employed with ALLSTAR since October of 2003. She currently works with the Mini and Tiny cheerleading teams. Prior to that Donna taught preschool and recreational gymnastics at ALLSTAR.

Donna was a competitive gymnast through high school and began her coaching career in 1986 at the Varsity High School level. She coached at Linden High School from 1986 - 1997. She was named Union County Coach of the Year in 1990. During that time Donna was employed by the Linden Public Schools as an elementary school teacher. She holds a BS Degree from the College of New Jersey in Early Childhood Education as well as an MA in Education from Seton Hall University. After her second child was born Donna left teaching and went to work at Eastern Gymnastics Academy in Cranford, NJ. She was employed there for 6 years. During her tenure there she taught preschool and recreational gymnastics as well as coached in the NJOGL and JOGA competitive gymnastics leagues. Donna was the Head Coach/Director of the Level C program at Eastern.
